The owner, president and Director of Training and Development of APC, Inc., has in excess of 25 years of experience in the law enforcement and security communities.

During his career in law enforcement, Mr. Smith has conducted numerous classes at the academy level. His attained ranks include Lieutenant with one agency and Chief of Patrol with another. Additionally, Mr. Smith’s experience in the security industry includes the position of Manage of Training and Development of the New England area for one of the largest security firms in the world. Mr. Smith is currently a supervisor of security administration for a major financial institution.

Mr. Smith has achieved recognition nationally as an Instructor Trainer, Personal Protection Specialist and Certified Homeland Security Specialist.
